Introduction To Shotgun
We offer an eight hour class, designed to teach you basic shotgun handling skills, mental awareness and mindset. Unlike some schools we do not require or recommend a tactical sling, mounted light or sidesaddle on your shotgun. We recommend you keep your shotgun loaded in administrative carry mode (magazine fully loaded, no round chambered.) This class is designed to address real world situations a civilian faces rather than law enforcement or military.
Training Goal: introduce you to loading, unloading, safe handling and firing your shotgun. You will leave this class with shotgun handling and firing skills, mental awareness and mindset. This is the perfect class for someone who has never handled a gun and yet lives in a home where one or more guns are present. Understanding how your shotgun patterns.
